1. Ordering
- Submitting an order form creates a request. We may contact you to confirm availability and delivery details.
- Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.
2. Prices & currency
- All prices are in GBP (£) and written like “110 £”.
- Any delivery costs (if applicable) are confirmed prior to payment.
3. Delivery
- Typical dispatch: 1–2 business days (subject to stock).
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations.
4. Returns & refunds
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables may be non-returnable unless faulty/incorrect.
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
5. Product notes
- Always read labels and follow suggested use.
